Apple Logic Studio 9 (Host Software)

Logic Studio is an audio suite from Apple. It has advanced editing features for quick multitake editing and advanced time manipulation algorithms. The host software also has a vast library of dynamic and creative effects plug-ins as well as a bundle of synthesisers and sample libraries. As recording audio and sequencing can all be done from this one program this is a regular tool for us and is our preferential host software.

Avid Protools 8 (Host Software)

Protools is another host software with advanced recording and mixing features. Much like Logic Studio it features many dynamic and creative plug-ins as well as supporting integration with other Avid programs such as Sibelius (Scoring program). Although this is an excellent program for recording and sequencing it has limitations for hardware integration making it our second choice for a host program.

Propellerhead Reason 4 (Synthesis & Sequencer)

Reason is a synthesiser and sequencing program with many great features including the ability to connect anything to anything using a cable simulator. We use this for anything from laying out a rough mix to advanced synthesiser effects. It uses the rewire interface to connect to other devices such as the host software. This means you can use the reason instruments in track with your audio or sequencer session.

Waves (Plug-ins)

The Waves plug-ins are some of the best in the software world. We are proud to be able to offer these as an option with the help of our studio partners. We currently have the vocal and SSL bundles as standard with others available upon request.

Drumagog 4 (Plug-ins)

Drumagog is a drum sampler program with many advances features. Often a drum track can be saved with this simple to operate but effective plug-in. It takes its trigger information from a really performance and translates it into a huge library of expertly recorded samples. Yes it's a bit of a cheat as times but can save a huge amount of time in the long run!
